  Meet the Staff

Enthusiastic and qualified staff

“All children are welcomed and play a full part within the group, because staff value and respect their individuality and the family context for each child. Their behaviour is exemplary.”                          Ofsted May 2006

The Genevieve Nursery employs qualified teachers and qualified nursery staff. All members of staff hold relevant childcare qualifications and first aid certificates. Staff regularly attend training courses to update their teaching methods and are committed to maintaining a happy, homely and purposeful atmosphere. The consistency in staffing and the continued efforts from the staff themselves have huge benefits for the children attending the Nursery and their parents.

All children who attend the Genevieve Nursery have their own keyworker. The keyworker monitors the individual's social, personal, physical and educational development and is in close contact with their parents.

The environment and culture of the Genevieve Nursery means that staff are always on hand to discuss any queries or concerns parents may have.  Parents also receive information about their child's progress and development through more formal parents’ evenings and appointments with the key worker.
