Sponsored Walk- 14/10/2009 We were very fortunate that Friday 9th October was a lovely day - just ideal for our Sponsored Walk.
The children were very enthusiatic as they greeted their parents and grandparents, who had come to support them and even join in!
The starting point was from the front of the church and each lap was a third of a mile. All the participants were determined to do their very best and to achieve as many laps as possible to help the children in Nigeria and to receive a sticker.
It was a really happy, exciting and healthy afternoon together in the fresh air. |
